CASHBOOK

Processing of payments, debit orders and receipts. Month end reconciliation of cashbook to bank statements.

DEBTORS

Processing of customer invoices, credit notes and processing of receipts from customers. E-mailing of statements to customers at month end.

CREDITORS

Processing of supplier invoices and returns as well as processing of payments to suppliers.

STATUTORY RETURNS- VAT, TAX, ETC

Monthly submission and payment to SARS for PAYE, SDL and UIF. Vat calculation and submission of returns monthly or bi-monthly as required. UIF return declarations monthly to the Department of Labour.

MONTHLY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS

Reporting provided monthly includes an Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow analysis, Debtors and Creditors Age analysis.

PAYROLL

Processing of wages and salaries on Pastel Payroll. Monthly payroll reports for review. Process staff leave. Run payroll year end.

PAYROLL STATUTORY RETURNS

Interim and Year end reconciliation and submission to SARS. Issuing IRP5's to staff. Resolving exceptions on IRP5's.

PROPERTY RENTALS

Processing rental and utility invoices for tenants. Recovery analysis on receipts vs expenditure. Credit checks on prospective tenants.

RETURN OF EARNINGS

Completion and submission to the Compensation Commissioner of Return of Earnings.

ASSISTANCE WITH B-BBEE VERIFICATION

Compilation of data on the various B-BBEE elements and getting information together as required by the Verification agencies.
